If the GameFAQs guide on Paradice which is just the three other Gokuraku games combined, minus some extra contet, as far as I know is any indication, you have to win the board you're playing on in order to keep any clips you're holding on to, and it has to be against three computer opponents, possibly of reasonable difficulty levels. Paradice was the original, not vice versa. Ther Lanjerie games are spin-offs which offer additonal characters, more boards, and larger movies.
