Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. If you could give some more specific information it would help the analysts in helping you with your problems. Also, my computer is runnung very slow, and freezes up, i get redirected to web pages other than where i'm trying to go.
