Patriot windows manufacturer

Good Luck! Service on Lifetime Warranty is miserable. I've been pushing them for over a year to replace a failed seal double-pane window Twice, they've sent out the wrong size replacement. You'd think they would have an appropriate tracking system to know what windows were installed in new construction. We built our home through Ryan Homes. At the risk of not getting anything done from the comments I have read Our builder recommended them I wonder how much of a kickback he got!!

BUT I cannot find a contact number for them.. Well winter's here again in Buffalo and my Patriot windows are annoying me again with how bad they are. Cold to the touch, lots of condensation around the edges, and drafty. I now know they are made by MW windows and doors www. I'm wondering is there any way to get replacement sashes that would fit right into the opening of my current windows? I don't want to have to take off any siding or reframe any window openings or install new casings.

I just want to put in new sashes that hopefully wouldn't be so cold and drafty. Thanks Ryan Homes for such wonderful windows! I've been in my new home in Hearthstone at Woodfield for 1 year. The design is great but the Patriot windows they used were not even Low-E.

When the March winds blow as the did this month, they blow right through the windows. Even the seal around the glass leaked. Ryan homes came in and sealed the glass but the weatherstripping is totally inadequate.

The Factory tech is scheduled to visit next week but I doubt they will be able to make adequate improvements. Because of the way the windows are installed, it will be difficult to put in replacement windows. Ryan Homes should be ashamed of themselves for using such a poor quality window with energy prices soaring. I know exactly what your talking about.

When we were looking into building a Ryan Home, the salesman told us that this was an air tight house. Our windows are so bad we had to stuff cotton ball into the sides of them to cut down on some of the air that is leaking into them. My main question is how did this window ever get an Energy Star rating? I really think Energy Star is all a big hype and a joke!! If anyone has any suggestions, please tell me. Less then a year old. Ryan place series in some houses.

But we found a new ryan home section that have series Patriots best. Did they fix your windows? You are right, this house is not energy star as they told us also. We are still waiting for Ryan Homes to replace on window that is definitely defective. The guy that came to look at it filled a space on the window with caulk.

I almost flipped out. Brand new window and they're filling it with caulk to keep the cold air out. They told us they would replace it Come to find out Energy Star means absolutely nothing. Now the latest thing is Performance Energy Star. This is supposed to be better Better than, no window at all? In fact it was almost impossible in almost every window. I did finally kick up enough of a fuss and threaten BBB as well as the New Jersey new home group New Jersey has additional protection for homebuyers of new homes which is a pretty strong threat and our Project Manager finally agreed to bring out the owner of the framing company and two managers from Patriot.

They are still terrible windows. One would think that they would be of some help? I just serviced the same Patriot windows that you're referring to, and I once had a Ryan new construction home with Patriot single hungs in it. Ryan will not help you with the glass, however they will send locks, tilts, and balances from Plygem sometimes free of cost. You can use any manufacturers glass provided you know how to measure and order it correctly.

Patriot glazed their insulated glass units with steel plated PPG Intercept spacing. Gary E. Robinette, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ply Gem, said, "This action was difficult in that it impacts a number of our employees, however, the market conditions that exist today and that are expected to persist into next year, combined with the competitive climate demands the most efficient operating structure and this decision to consolidate these operations will improve overall performance and is in keeping with Ply Gems commitment to its customers and the financial community.

Robinette stated that this move was made due to economic considerations for our organization and does not reflect the quality and dedication of the Hammonton or Phoenix workforce. Window Group, said, Decisions of this kind are always difficult. Morstad went on to say, We must address this issue due to excess production capacity in light of current market conditions. Morstad also noted that the Hammonton and Phoenix plants were selected because of their proximity to other Ply Gem window and door manufacturing facilities that will be able to provide Ply Gems valued customers with the quality products and the same level of exceptional service that they expect, while allowing Ply Gem to remove this excess capacity.

Morstad also indicated that the company was committed to ensure that Ply Gems window and door customers would see no change in service levels.

We are fully capable of meeting the needs of our customers from our other manufacturing facilities. Morstad said. Ply Gem Industries, headquartered in Cary, North Carolina, manufactures and markets a range of products for use in the residential new construction, do-it-yourself and professional renovation markets.

The Mayor is trying to help by keeping taxes low. By focusing on the down-town and properties the he and his favorite contributors own, the Mayor is ultimately responsible for these job losses.

We should be giving incentives to keep Patriot windows here. Instead, we are maintaining an out-dated tax abatement program that benefits strip-malls like Raspberry Run.

The Dems had a plan to keep and attract large businesses but the voters ignored it. Plus, Obama has promised aid to local governments; it would have been helpful to have some Blue on the Town Council instead of 2 shades of Red. Well, I guess all of the laid-off workers from Patriot and the rest of us can get jobs waiting tables at the wine bar.
